Validity: All products purchased from HarisAhmed can be exchanged (or) refunded only if they are received in a damaged condition, wrong size, and incorrect article within 7 days of the purchased date. Conditions Qualified for Exchange or Refund: Articles are qualified for exchange or refund only if they are unused, unwashed, all tags are intact and the packing is in its original condition. Any excess fabric or embellishment utilized during photoshoots will not be provided with the product unless mentioned on the website. Such exchange/ refund claims will not be regarded as valid.

  • The faulty item provided by the customers MUST be in its Original Form.
  • In case of exchange client must provide an invoice/email confirmation issued by the company.
  • Any changes made to the order can be catered within 48 hours (Excluding Unstitched Articles).
  • All orders made can be cancelled within 24 hours. (Excluding Unstitched Articles).
  • Wedding Wear and Couture dresses cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
  • All orders cancelled will be refunded as store credit only. (Excluding Unstitched Articles)
  • We only take alterations reported in within 3 days after receiving the outfit. (Excluding Unstitched Articles)
  • Orders are not eligible for Exchange, Refund or Charge back.
  • Sale articles are not eligible for Exchange and Return.
  • Ready to ship articles are not eligible for Exchange & Return.
  • For Web orders you can only exchange/return through Haris-Ahmed  online store
  • There is no Return & exchange policy as per customer’s liking or disliking of the product.

  • Company is only providing embroideries which are mentioned on the inlays other than anything used in the stitching is only for Shoot Purpose.
  • All customers are hereby notified that as per the terms and conditions of COD, the courier company will not allow the customer to open the package before payment.
  • We have the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
  • If during delivery, customs’ duties are applicable, they will be paid in full by the customer.
